Our Internet Banking is very secure, we have gone to great extent to protect you and your funds when using Internet Banking, you have two level authentication (OTP + password) available each time you transact on Internet Banking, we have also introduced an Image and Phrase Security feature to guard against phished site. In Addition, there’s the virtual keyboard for use on open networks and public spaces so that key loggers will not capture your details. Internet Banking is protected with the best-in-class security technology. Except during scheduled maintenance periods, our internet banking platform can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and from anywhere in the world.

If you want to change your email, phone number or home address, you can do so from the site: Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the 'Home' section Tap ‘See details’ Tap 'Edit' next to either: Email address Phone number Home address Follow the steps on screen to make a change. If you want to change any other details, such as your name or tax residence, just call or chat to us from the 'Support' section and we'll take care of it.

We send your card once your account is fully opened. Normally, this takes about 5 to 7 working days, depending on the post. If you haven't received your card within 10 working days, please contact our customer support team for an update. While you're waiting Shop online with card details right in the app Login and tap the 3 dots on your dashbord and click on 'Virtual card'. You'll find your card details. You can use them straight away to shop online and get 1% cashback on your everyday debit card spending.

This depends on how soon the merchant processes your refund. Once a refund has been processed, it should take an average of 1-3 working days to reach your account. In some cases it may take up to a week. If you're waiting for a refund that hasn't appeared, we suggest that you contact the merchant to ensure they've processed it. If it's been more than a week since the refund was processed by the merchant, please call or chat to us in the app for further support.

If you've forgotten your passcode, you'll need to reset it to get back into your dashboard. To do this, tap the 'Forgot passcode?' button on the login screen, then follow the instructions given. You'll need to have some ID ready to prove that it's really you. We’ll send you an SMS to let you know once your ID has been verified and your passcode can be reset.

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number, which you can use when making or receiving international payments. Your IBAN doesn’t replace your sort code & account number ─ it’s an additional number with extra information to help overseas banks identify your account for payments. You can find your IBAN on your statement or you can use the tool on our international payments page to generate your IBAN for any of your Prime Trust Bank Accounts. A SWIFT code (or SWIFTBIC, as it’s sometimes known) is a code that helps overseas banks identify which bank to send money to. For example, if an overseas bank is sending to a payment to your Prime Trust Bank Account, they’ll need to know our SWIFT code. If you want to make a SEPA Credit Transfer, you'll need an IBAN. Some countries also require you to provide an IBAN with your payment instruction.
